Meet Dr. Katherine Kim Tran (Missouri City, TX)

Dr. Katherine Kim Tran received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2005 and her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1997.

With more than 21 years of experience in optometry, Dr. Tran is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Glaucoma Specialist dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain their best possible vision and eye health. She believes optometry is one of the most rewarding healthcare professions because of the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through improved vision and comprehensive eye care.

Dr. Tran enjoys the personal connections she develops with her patients and values the opportunity to meet and learn about people from all walks of life. She is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and helping patients understand their eye health needs.

Dr. Tran welcomes new patients and provides comprehensive eye care services at Memorial Eye Center Missouri City. She is fluent in English and also speaks basic Vietnamese and Spanish, allowing her to communicate with a diverse patient population.

Outside of the office, Dr. Tran enjoys working out, skiing, and spending quality time with her family.
